Welcome to TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer), a community-focused initiative designed to provide soccer opportunities for athletes with intellectual, emotional, and physical disabilities. Our program, a collaboration between Mountain Top League, the West Orange Recreation Department's Footsteps program, and dedicated volunteer coaches and "buddies," has been serving our community since 2014 under the guidance of Director of Coaching Lou Mignone. We offer a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where players aged 5 to 18 can develop their skills at their own pace. Each participant benefits from personalized 1:1 instruction and support from a TOPSoccer "buddy." Our sessions run in both the fall and spring, typically spanning 7-8 weeks.
